When ink is split between distributing rollers, it scatters like fine mist and stains around.

If ink has soft body and long flow when torn in finger test, it may cause misting.

Thick layer of ink formed due to low density, then, the ink splashes.

When adding auxiliaries, control their quantity not to make ink too soft. Avoid the excessive addition of reducer and varnish.

Use one grade stiffer ink.

Excessive ink supply.

The higher printing speed, the higher misting level.

In low humidity, static electricity induces misting.

Adjust the distribution of ink.
