The printed ink does not stop rubbing off like chalk powder after drying.



Ink contains a lot of large particle pigments.

Add 2% more drier.

Add 10% more overprint varnish.




When the ink absorbency of paper
is excessively high, it may cause chalking because the vehicle penetrates into the paper too fast before pigment setting on the paper surface


Slow ink drying due to too much distribution of dampening water.

Slow ink drying due to improper conditioning of temperature and humidity.



Adjust the distribution of dampening water to avoid slow ink drying.

Cost the prints with overprint varnish.
