The prints after drying stick together and the papers are peeled off or torn when they are taken off by force.


Due to poor penetration of ink, ink film is more likely to be sticky.


Add about 5% more non-scratch compound to the ink.



Poor ink absorbency.

High smoothness.

Property of retarding ink drying.


Pay attention to high grade and very smooth coated paper and paper with poor ink absorbency such as binding paper cloth, and synthetic paper.



Overstacking of the prints.

Too much amount of ink.

After printing, the ink becomes sticky under high temperature and high humidity.

Spray powder not enough or unevenly sprayed over the sheet.


Decrease the delivery pile height.

Do not store the prints at the place under high temperature and high humidity.

Increase the quantity of spray powder so much as not to spoil the printing quality, or correct the uneven spray.
